If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.


Return Policy

All items are eligible for return.

The return item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, unstained, and non-embroidered with the original tag attached.

Item(s) purchased, may be returned, or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any item that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. These item(s) should be returned to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return item(s). All requests for refunds must be accompanied by a valid acknowledgement of payment invoice and/or official receipt.

We offer the following options on returns:

  • a full refund on cost of item(s) purchased via credit payment option less shipping cost
  • a replacement/exchange based on availability.
  • a credit for future online purchase valid for 9 months from receipt.


How To Make a Return:

  • Email your request at with a brief description of the issue; your order number; and which item(s) you would like to return.
  • Attach pictures of the item(s) showcasing the issue along with your name and proof of Identification.
  • Package the item(s) into their original packaging.
  • All item(s) must be returned to the above mailing address after confirmation from Shop Janouras.
  • Upon receiving the garment, we will further assess and provide feedback on how your claim will be handled.
  • A drop off location can be requested if necessary


Failure to comply with the above condition could slow the refund process.


Regarding Shipping Costs:

  • Shop Janouras will cover shipping cost after returns are assessed and validated, via refund or store credit for future online purchase.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping costs if item(s) does not meet the required criteria.


We will process your returned item(s) within 2-5 days of receiving it and assess whether or not they are eligible for a refund. If your returned item(s) are accepted, you will get notified and the refund will be facilitated.

Returns can take 7-10 business days to process, and some banks may require additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account.


Exchange Policy

All exchanges are based on availability.

Please follow the above procedure to request an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange item that was worn, is heavily perfumed, laundered, stained, embroidered or is damaged.
