Ordering and Shipping Guidelines

We offer contactless and cashless payment options online and at the pickup location, and nationwide delivery.

All prices quoted are VAT Inclusive and in TTD.


Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays shall be processed the following business day. During peak periods processing of your order maybe delayed by 2-3 days; additionally, delivery service may require an extra 2-3 days.

For Christmas period, kindly note that your order maybe delivered 5-12 days after your order has been processed.

Payment Methods

Electronic payment can be made online or in person with a valid Credit Card or Debit card. We accept all local cards at Pickup location and credit card ONLINE. After your order has been placed, you would receive an order confirmation from us with an Order Number followed by an automated email notification when your order is out for delivery. For in person transaction, you would receive an email after payment is received.

e-Gift Cards

Purchasing an e-Gift Card:

  • Select the monetary value of your choice
  • Card will appear in Cart
  • Select checkout, select recipient in the field provide
  • Select the delivery date (now or future)
  • Continue Checkout and pay online

After your order has been placed, your e-gift card will either be delivered immediately or on the date scheduled to the recipient. The recipient will then receive an email with a unique gift card code on the delivery date selected. You in turn, would also receive an email confirming you order of the gift card.

The e-Gift card is ready for use within receipt of email and is valid for 10 months from date received after which the code will expire.

Our e-Gift card can ONLY be redeemed Online. There will be NO replacement for lost e-Gift cards.

Kindly note to send several e-gift cards with the same monetary value must be done in individual transactions, however several e-gifts of varying values can be done on one transaction.



We offer nationwide delivery for a flat fee of $30TTD. This delivery fee is limited to packages up to 3kg in weight. If your packages exceed this weight, additional cost will be applied to cover the new delivery charge. We will contact you after your order is processed to advise you of the additional cost.

Delivery charges must be covered in full before the packages are sent for delivery. Your package will be delivered within 2-8 business days.

Delivery & Order Fulfillment Policy

Customer Responsibility

Kindly note delivery of packages is done through a third-party courier. The following is our delivery process:

  • Please note a delivery address is needed to deliver between Monday – Friday during standard working hours (8am-5pm). For instance, if you are at work Mon – Fri please use your work address for delivery and not your home address.
  • You are required to meet the drivers at the building’s front door or front gate at the location.
  • The delivery courier would make two attempts to deliver products to you. After the 2nd unsuccessful attempt, Shop Janouras would be informed, and the package returned to us.
  • We will then make every attempt to contact you and update you on your delivery status. At this time, new delivery arrangements must be made, which will incur additional delivery costs. These new costs must be covered before the package is sent out for delivery Kindly be reachable by phone so that the courier can coordinate a seamless delivery to you.
  • Kindly be reachable by the phone number you provided upon checkout.

Delays in Delivery

Any changes to orders after the order was placed can result in 2-7 days additional delivery days. This includes:

  1. Any Any modification to an order after the order was placed.
  2. Incorrect delivery address provided
  3. Changes to the delivery address
  4. Delivery courier unable to contact the customer
  5. Customer not at the delivery address when the courier is attempting to deliver the order.


Other Delivery Specifics

  1. Each order placed will be delivered to one address. If an order must be delivered to two addresses the customer will have to place 2 orders.
  2. Customers are required to collect the packages at the front door, gate, or entrance to the building at their delivery address. Due to our COVID-19 safety protocols, the couriers are not allowed to enter homes.
  3. In events of any severe weather conditions resulting in flooding, landslide, road closure or during peak periods, kindly note that delivery service will be delayed until normal conditions return.
